Terms of use — Jornatta

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Jornatta, you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be 18 or older.

2. About the service

Jornatta is a platform that helps professionals build resumes, analyze job postings, write cover letters, practice interviews, track applications and find openings published by third parties. We are not a recruitment agency, a law firm or an immigration consultancy, and we do not guarantee job openings, interviews or hiring outcomes.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of your profile information. You can sign in with email and password or with a Google account.

4. AI-generated content

Text, analyses and interview questions produced with artificial intelligence are automated suggestions and may contain errors or outdated information. Final review is your responsibility. A job match score is only guidance based on what you provided and does not represent any recruiter's decision.

5. Third-party listings

Some listings come from external sources (Jooble in Brazil and the United States, Careerjet in Portugal, and Adzuna in Canada). We do not control their content, accuracy, deadlines or selection process, and applications happen on the advertiser's site. Please report any suspicious listing to us.

6. Career Score

The Career Score only reflects how prepared you are inside the platform. It is not a guarantee of being hired or of success in any selection process.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Jornatta for illegal, discriminatory or offensive activities, enter another person's data without permission, attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape content at scale or overload the service.

8. Plans, subscription and billing

There is a free plan with usage limits and the Pro plan, charged at the amounts and currency shown on the pricing page through our payment provider. Renewal is automatic until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your subscription area: future renewals stop and Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid. If a payment is refunded or disputed, Pro access may be suspended.

9. Your content

The content you create remains yours. You allow us to store and process it solely to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions, maintenance and feature changes can occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for selection-process outcomes or for decisions made based on content generated in the platform. Nothing here removes consumer rights granted by law.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where possible.

12. Changes and contact
