Career Score: what it is and how to use it to improve week by week

Career Score is a 0–100 number showing your career readiness. Use it as a compass, not a judgment.

The score combines five dimensions: profile completeness, resume quality, recent activity, job-tailoring, and interview readiness. Each scores between 0 and 20.

Don't chase 100. Chase movement — going up 5 points a week is already excellent. The dashboard highlights the next action with the highest estimated impact.

Realistic targets: 60 makes you applicable, 75 makes you competitive for strong roles, 85+ is a differentiator. Below 40, focus on completing your profile and shipping a solid first resume.

The score is private. Nobody but you sees it. Use it as a progress journal, not a vanity metric.
