How to choose the right template for your resume
Executive, Modern, Creative, ATS or International? Each template says something different. Pick based on the role.
A template is visual language. An executive sending a two-column, photo-forward, high-color resume doesn't project seriousness. A designer sending a plain Atlas is missing a chance to show identity.
Executive (Prestige, Legacy, Summit): serif type, dark sidebar, restrained palette. Ideal for senior leadership and boards.
Modern (Nova, Vertex, Pulse): clean sans-serif, strong hierarchy. Great for tech, product, data.
Creative (Fusion, Mosaic, Canvas): color, contrast, asymmetric blocks. Design, marketing, communication.
ATS/International (Atlas, Toronto, Berlin, Sydney): single column, standard typography. Always the safe pick for large employers or cross-border applications.
Use the Jornatta assistant when unsure — it recommends three templates based on your field, level and target country.
